Patti Lee grew up the often invisible third child in an unconventional family in a small town in Connecticut. She moved to Vermont in the ‘90s working as a pre-school teacher, bookkeeper and office assistant before building a career in the field of child advocacy. After she turned 50, married over 30 years with three adult children, she began recreating some of her own history through the fictional characters in her writing. She dabbles in acrylic painting, is a groupie of singer-songwriter Josh Ritter, but has also been known to play the soundtrack to Hamilton on repeat, and she has more cats than throw pillows.
She is an active member of the #writingcommunity on Twitter where you can follow her at @PattiAuthor or on Instagram as AuthorPattiLee.
